Lead enterprise application engineering delivery and operations across front-office, back-office, and employee platforms. Ensure stability, scalability, security, and alignment to business outcomes while driving simplification, automation, AI-enabled practices, lifecycle management, governance, and stakeholder value realization. Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization.
