The Business Analyst will identify stakeholder needs, analyze business data and processes, develop business cases, requirements, and project plans, and recommend solutions. The role collaborates with IT, finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams while communicating findings and staying current with industry practices. Agile experience, process improvement knowledge, and familiarity with analytics tools are preferred.
