Lead a remote B2B technical support team for drones, hardware, software and cloud products. Own CSAT, first-contact resolution, KPIs, coaching, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration. Use CRM, telemetry, analytics and AI tools to drive rapid, fact-based resolutions and improve team productivity and customer outcomes. Provide hands-on case support and participate in on-call, extended-hours shifts.

Serve as primary post-award lead for strategic DoD, SOCOM, Navy, Marine Corps, and IC accounts. Drive deployment, integration, sustainment, adoption, and contract execution while managing risks, executive engagements, renewals, and cross-functional coordination to deliver mission outcomes and account growth.
