Leads West-region launch readiness for Skydio’s dock business, managing a team of Readiness Specialists and overseeing customer deployments from pre-sales preparation through training, go-live, and handoff. The role owns readiness standards, launch gates, capacity planning, risk resolution, cross-functional coordination, customer advocacy, and on-time deployment outcomes. It requires extensive travel, public safety customer experience, familiarity with drone operations, and the ability to scale repeatable implementation processes.

Leads and scales a Solutions Engineering team supporting high-volume SLED sales. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching, technical win strategy, customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept deployments, site assessments, integrations, airspace and regulatory planning, public-sector procurement, and escalation management. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Engineering while representing customer needs internally. It is remote with approximately 30% travel and requires familiarity with public safety drone operations, CAD/VMS integrations, BVLOS programs, and dock-based remote operations.
