Designs and operates servers, virtualization, storage, identity services, Azure, Microsoft 365, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security controls. Automates infrastructure, manages patching and access governance, leads modernization and infrastructure projects, coordinates vendors, supports incident response, and mentors technical staff. Oversees an offshore Systems Engineering team and serves as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and IAM issues.

Leads marketing pursuits by managing proposals, RFPs, RFQs, qualification packages, and interview presentations. Creates written content, visuals, branded materials, case studies, public relations materials, and digital content. Coordinates project marketing, events, vendors, photography, videography, CRM data, client surveys, and reporting. Supports marketing strategy and brand alignment while mentoring junior staff and managing multiple deadlines.

Lead and manage complex commercial interior construction projects end-to-end: estimating, bidding, scheduling, procurement, cost and change management, client communications, team leadership, project accounting, and closeout. Use Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Timberline, and PlanGrid; mentor project staff and drive business development.

Manage commercial interior construction projects end-to-end: bidding, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost/change management, project accounting, client and subcontractor relations, team leadership and mentoring, weekly meetings and closeout. Use Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project and related tools to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while pursuing new business opportunities.
