Designs and operates Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 endpoint-management automation, configuration-as-code frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Develops C#/.NET APIs and integration services, manages deployment automation, identities, credentials, and enterprise integrations, and implements validation, rollback, monitoring, and drift detection. The role also involves troubleshooting cross-platform failures, modernizing legacy infrastructure, documenting operational procedures, and partnering with endpoint, security, product, and support teams. This is a remote contract position with no travel.

Hunt and close new business selling managed IT and cloud solutions to SMB and mid-market clients. Build executive relationships, manage full sales cycle, hit quotas, maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce/HubSpot), and coordinate with technical teams to deliver recurring MSP, cloud, and cybersecurity services.

Own and prioritize the technical product backlog; translate strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to deliver, test, and roll out features; monitor product health and ensure compliance with PCI, CCPA, and SOX.
