The Manager of Benefit Operations Testing & QA leads a team responsible for benefit configuration and management, ensuring high-quality delivery and process improvement in pharmacy benefits operations.

Design, implement, and govern enterprise identity systems (Okta-first) including HR-driven provisioning with Workday, SSO/SCIM for SaaS, AWS identity architecture, OPA/Rego policy-based authorization, machine/non-human identity lifecycle, AI-agent identity governance, device trust via MDM integration, and mentor engineers while producing runbooks and compliance-ready documentation in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

The Proposals Pricing Analyst will conduct claims analysis and create deliverables to assist the sales team in demonstrating SmithRx's value. They will query large datasets, provide insights from historical data, and prepare client-ready reports while collaborating with internal teams.
