Leads functional design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EBS General Ledger and financial modules. Designs scalable Charts of Accounts, oversees Oracle financial architecture, translates business requirements into functional specifications, leads stakeholder workshops, resolves complex issues, and supports testing and project delivery. Requires extensive Oracle EBS implementation leadership, financials expertise, and an active Public Trust clearance. The role is remote with some travel.

Develops, customizes, integrates, and supports Oracle E-Business Suite applications. Responsibilities include PL/SQL development, RICE component testing, Oracle Forms and Reports customization, data migration, system administration, troubleshooting, upgrades, performance optimization, requirements analysis, and technical documentation. The role supports iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM, accounting, and line-of-accounting configuration while translating business needs into technical solutions.

Collects and analyzes business requirements, designs and configures Oracle EBS solutions, performs functional testing and UAT support, troubleshoots user issues, and coordinates with technical teams. The role also improves business processes, develops documentation, trains users, and provides ongoing functional support across procurement and financial modules.
