The YouTube Video Producer will oversee the production of engaging YouTube content, from scripting and filming to post-production, focusing on making technical topics accessible and appealing. This role involves collaboration with marketing teams and a creative roadmap for the brand’s YouTube channels.

Edit founder-led short-form videos for YouTube and social channels, transforming scripts and footage into visually compelling stories. Responsibilities include motion graphics, typography, UI treatments, sourced footage, music, sound design, pacing, and retention-focused editing. The editor will collaborate directly with leadership, develop Snowball’s editing language, source creative assets, incorporate feedback, and independently deliver polished content that builds the brand and generates business.

Hands-on Accountant responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, contractor payments, payroll support, expense processing, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, reporting, and financial systems. The role maintains QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets, improves accounting workflows, organizes audit-ready documentation, investigates discrepancies, and supports scalable finance processes in a remote environment.
