Teams at Snowflake

Design, develop, and lead engineering work for Snowflake’s Kubernetes-based Snowpark Container Services platform. Responsibilities include building scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems, managing projects from design through operations, mentoring engineers, ensuring reliability and performance, and providing on-call support for a cloud-native compute platform.

Lead a team of 5–8 engineers building Spark compiler and runtime capabilities on Snowflake. Set technical direction, guide architecture and code reviews, improve performance and reliability, establish compatibility testing and observability, investigate production issues, and partner with product and technical leaders on roadmaps. Hire, mentor, and develop engineers while delivering measurable improvements in compatibility, latency, cost efficiency, and production quality.

Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Product Management leadership. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, expense coordination, event planning, guest and stakeholder support, meeting action tracking, process improvement, and project ownership. Acts as a liaison with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams while managing administrative projects and improving team efficiency.
