Define assessments, workshops, pilots, and multi-phase programs; develop proposals, justify AI infrastructure, drive adoption of workforce AI and coding assistant services; collaborate with sales, architects, and delivery to ensure clean handoffs and measurable outcomes.

Design, build, and prototype data platforms and streaming applications (Kafka, Spark, Flink). Create data schemas, integrate IT Ops tools (LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, BigPanda), configure platforms for performance/security, mentor peers, support pre-sales, and lead technical delivery across cloud environments.
