Supports quoting and order management for assigned accounts, including quote preparation, order processing, product information, tracking, technical configuration validation, reporting, promotions, partner registration, and identifying upsell opportunities. Builds knowledge of customer accounts, OEM products, supply sources, and internal systems while mentoring and onboarding new sales operations employees. Collaborates with client managers, sales engineers, service sales representatives, customers, and partners.

Sell, scope, and package AI consulting engagements across enterprise AI GTM categories. Define assessments, workshops, pilots, and multi-phase programs; develop proposals, justify AI infrastructure, drive adoption of workforce AI and coding assistant services; collaborate with sales, architects, and delivery to ensure clean handoffs and measurable outcomes.

Work on consulting teams to solve client business problems by developing analytical and AI-enabled solutions, creating documentation and visualizations, presenting findings, supporting project plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Use SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver insights and enable account teams.
