Supports enterprise sales by analyzing customer requirements, defining technical solutions, answering technical questions, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals and statements of work. Serves as the technical lead throughout pre-sales and post-sales engagements, collaborates with sales, product, implementation, and technology teams, and provides market feedback. The role focuses on SMS, electronic payments, mobile wallets, APIs, and payment integrations.

Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and data models, defines KPIs with stakeholders, validates data accuracy, and collaborates with Data Engineering on optimized analytical models. The role documents data lineage and reporting assumptions, supports self-service BI through communications and training, and automates manual reporting processes. It requires SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and data warehouse knowledge, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Own retention, renewals, churn mitigation, and expansion for a portfolio of complex enterprise SaaS customers. Lead commercial negotiations, account planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives involving payments and new messaging use cases. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Payments, Product, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption, revenue retention, expansion ARR, and customer outcomes while maintaining accurate Salesforce data and forecasts.
