Serves as the primary client contact and trusted marketing advisor, translating business needs into creative briefs and actionable project plans. Manages agency workflows, project scope, timelines, stakeholder feedback, approvals, documentation, risks, resourcing, estimates, and budgets. Partners with creative, project management, and operations teams to deliver high-quality marketing work while supporting campaign strategy, client satisfaction, and financial stewardship.

Leads cross-functional federal healthcare projects from planning through implementation, managing scope, budget, resources, milestones, stakeholders, partner relationships, and government customers. Supports revenue cycle, clinician solutions, procurement initiatives, and proposal development for future federal awards. The role is remote, requires a T3 Public Trust background check, and may involve up to 25% domestic travel.

Lead US product marketing for Solventum's healthcare payment, population health, and quality methodologies. Create strategy, messaging, commercialization plans, and core content; run market and competitive research; support new product introductions, events, webinars, and go-to-market activities; collaborate with sales and business unit stakeholders to drive adoption and financial objectives.
