Own and deliver small-to-medium OutSystems low-code solutions from design through production. Implement OutSystems Reactive Web apps, troubleshoot integrations and APIs, lead incident triage/on-call rotation, improve reliability and observability, mentor junior developers, contribute to design docs and documentation, and partner with product/design to balance tradeoffs and platform constraints.

Lead IT operations across service desk, infrastructure, networking, identity, and endpoints for multi-site clinics. Oversee Azure, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Meraki, security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC), SLA/KPI reporting, incident resolution, vulnerability management, vendor relationships, budgeting, and staff leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective technology services.

Serve as HR Business Partner for multi-unit locations, managing employee relations, investigations, performance management, workforce planning, training, KPIs, and HR compliance. Advise leaders, analyze people metrics, deliver coaching, support restructures, and drive culture and engagement.
