Teams at SOSi

Provide Spanish language monitoring, translation, transcription, interpretation, and summaries for law enforcement investigations; support evidence preparation and testify when subpoenaed. Work shift schedules, maintain communication with PMO, and perform quality validation of linguistic products.

Supervise and serve as SOSi's on-site liaison overseeing linguists who monitor, transcribe, translate, validate, and QC real-time and stored communications. Manage staffing, timekeeping, records, QA implementation, produce schedules, and coordinate with government officials; may testify in court.

Provide live monitoring, translation, transcription, and interpretation support for law enforcement investigations. Produce verbal and written summaries, validate and QC translations, assist with evidence preparation, attend legal briefings, testify when subpoenaed, and support shift-based operations on short notice.
