Design and govern secure, scalable Azure-based enterprise solutions. Lead architectural reviews, coordinate cross-team integrations, drive standards and governance, mentor solution architects, support procurement and vendor reviews, and translate designs into operational deliverables while aligning technology with business strategy.

Lead and manage a portfolio of building and infrastructure projects across lifecycle phases. Serve as product owner and content manager for Sound Transit’s external websites and email platform. Use analytics and user research to prioritize and implement UX, SEO, and content improvements. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders, manage backlog and digital projects, produce reporting, and support digital marketing campaigns while ensuring accessibility and adherence to agency policies.

Administer post-award A&E and construction contracts: review costs and invoices, process change orders, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and FTA rules, support contract closeouts, assist project teams and negotiations, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvement and division support.

Manage day-to-day coordination of the agency standards and compliance program. Organize and maintain regulatory documentation, track action items and deliverables, develop trackers/reports/dashboards, support audit readiness, coordinate trainings, and communicate requirements clearly across teams to ensure FTA compliance and program visibility.

Lead transit‑oriented development projects on surplus agency land, managing due diligence, community engagement, negotiations, pre‑development design review, contracts, construction coordination, affordable housing outcomes, and cross‑departmental collaboration to implement equitable TOD policy and monitor developer compliance.

Provide high-level administrative and office management support to an executive director: coordinate schedules and meetings, manage budgets and contracts, prepare reports and legal filings, oversee department processes and records (including SharePoint), handle confidential personnel matters, coordinate travel and events, train and supervise support staff, and serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Supervise Transit Fare Ambassadors, investigate fare violations, perform field audits, analyze inspection data, plan schedules and training, draft management reports, coordinate with law enforcement and other divisions, manage payroll and disciplinary recommendations.

Lead traction electrification engineering for transit systems, developing design criteria, reviewing contract deliverables, designing projects end-to-end, supporting construction, testing, commissioning, and operations, ensuring code compliance, cost analysis, and cross-agency coordination.

Lead change management for a multiyear ERP/EAM transformation using Prosci methodology. Conduct impact assessments, readiness evaluations, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption tracking, and advise leadership to ensure successful organizational adoption.

The Senior Technical Project Manager oversees Right-of-Way processes, guides consultants, establishes ROW standards, and ensures property rights for construction, in compliance with agency policies.
