Manage 20–30 concurrent seller engagements, track milestones, resolve blockers, escalate technical issues, and contribute to process improvements. Maintain product expertise across POS, online, and integrations while collaborating with sales, account management, product, and marketing teams. Use AI tools to improve seller experiences and internal processes.

Lead complex card payments acquiring projects from design through production, building and operating highly reliable systems. Apply deep ISO 8583 and card-network expertise to routing, authorization, capture, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and processing costs. Write production code, develop certification tooling, debug payment messages, establish reusable standards, mentor engineers, use AI coding agents responsibly, and participate in on-call support for critical financial systems.

Own and grow a North Seattle sales territory through in-person outreach, business visits, community engagement, partnerships, demos, and full-cycle deal closing. Generate pipeline, sell Square’s software and hardware solutions to restaurants, retailers, and service businesses, build customer relationships, support onboarding, maintain Salesforce activity and forecasts, and consistently exceed sales quotas.
