Prepare and analyze financial statements, support monthly close and consolidation, post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, produce management accounting reports, analyze variances, assist with audit reports and accounting procedure optimization, communicate with terminal managers, billing, and external parties, and support leadership with financial statement preparation.

Lead stabilization and operational ownership of U.S. Procure-to-Pay processes, driving process standardization, ERP (IFS) adoption, cross-functional issue resolution, metrics monitoring, root-cause analysis, change management, training, and continuous improvement across purchasing, supplier management, receiving, and invoice processing.

Lead L&D strategy and a team to design, implement, and evaluate company-wide training, leadership development, and compliance programs. Manage LMS integrations, develop multimedia training content, coach managers, run learning events, measure outcomes, and continuously improve programs to support employee development and succession.
