Provides Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across hardware, software, access, collaboration, endpoint, and workplace services. Diagnoses and resolves employee technology issues, monitors digital experience signals, addresses recurring problems, creates knowledge documentation, identifies automation opportunities, and partners with technical teams on root-cause resolution. The role emphasizes first-contact resolution, employee experience, service ownership, ITSM process compliance, and continuous improvement.

Build internal applications, dashboards, reports, data pipelines, automations, integrations, and data models for procurement teams. Work directly with users to define problems, shape solutions, and improve products based on feedback. Use AI coding agents, product judgment, and technical review to deliver production-ready software. Support deployment, investigate business questions, communicate insights, and help improve AI-assisted development workflows.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, support monthly close and consolidation, post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, produce management accounting reports, analyze variances, assist with audit reports and accounting procedure optimization, communicate with terminal managers, billing, and external parties, and support leadership with financial statement preparation.
