This senior individual contributor role requires strong product judgment, product-led growth expertise, technical fluency, ownership, and excellent English communication.

Lead the technical direction of AI agents, managing context and workflows while partnering with teams to align AI initiatives with business goals. Oversee architectural decisions and mentor engineers in AI practices.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and launches for Bolt.new, Bolt Cloud, and WebContainer API. Build competitive intelligence, sales enablement, pricing and packaging strategy, launch tracking, and PMM metrics. Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, Content, and Sales to drive adoption, conversions, and customer advocacy.
