Lead and maintain corporate IT systems and employee technology lifecycle, administer Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune, manage networking and AV, support help desk operations, drive SOC 2/ISO 27001 security and compliance activities, investigate incidents, and lead infrastructure and security projects while providing high-touch end-user support.
