Serves as the subject matter expert for individual disability insurance product compliance and supports supplemental health products. Monitors and interprets federal and state regulations, assesses risks, performs compliance testing, develops policies and guidance, supports product filings, and advises cross-functional teams. The role also assists with audits and regulatory examinations, develops training materials, reviews customer-facing materials, and participates in industry activities.

Leads end-to-end brand and creative strategy for Corporate Marketing, managing writers and designers and delivering storytelling, concepts, and campaigns across channels. Aligns creative work with corporate priorities, partners with Corporate Communications on brand engagement and compliance, and manages stakeholders, vendors, resources, and deadlines. The role requires strategic leadership, team development, negotiation, presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
