Own and grow government (FED and SLED) accounts in a regional territory: build relationships with end users and distributors, drive sales and conversions, negotiate agreements, forecast and plan promotions, support product launches and training events, coordinate with field teams and national account leaders, and manage budgets and travel (≈60%).

Field-based regional account manager responsible for growing a distributor network and end-user pipeline in the MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) channel. Duties include product launches, demos, promotions, managing POs/pricing, tracking sales with Power BI, coordinating with internal teams and marketing, competitor monitoring, and driving top-line market share. Requires significant travel within the region.

Support social and influencer programs for Stanley Black & Decker: plan and execute influencer campaigns, oversee social content and paid amplification, QA content with cross-functional partners, manage community tone, report KPIs, and surface cultural trends and activation ideas to drive brand engagement.
