Lead strategic projects and deliver consulting services to local governments and utilities, focusing on funding strategies and financial analysis.

Maintain and operate document control systems for major capital projects: store, migrate, review, and track documents; ensure metadata accuracy, production standards, record retention, and quality. Support project teams and stakeholders, compile reports and manuals, scan/file paperwork, and provide general project and office support.
