Leads civil and structural engineering for physical substation projects from 13kV to 500kV. Responsibilities include designing foundations, equipment supports, rigid bus systems, enclosures, drawings, calculations, and bills of materials; performing QA/QC; coordinating multidisciplinary teams; managing resources, schedules, and costs; supporting proposals; and interacting with clients. The role requires substation design expertise, knowledge of AIS/GIS systems and applicable standards, team leadership, and preferably a Professional Engineer registration.

Provides mechanical engineering services for hydroelectric and water-resource projects involving turbines, generators, pumps, and motors. Responsibilities include design calculations, CAD modeling, manufacturing plans, specifications, cost estimates, quality control, inspection and testing, field measurements, commissioning support, root-cause analysis, condition assessments, and client and supplier coordination. The role includes office-based design work and up to 20% domestic and international field travel.

Lead multidisciplinary federal building projects from design through construction administration. Serve as technical lead, manage architectural teams, oversee BIM/Revit models, ensure code compliance, mentor staff, manage project finances and schedules, and coordinate with clients and building disciplines on projects up to $200M.
