The Provider Recruiting Operations Manager will drive recruiting efforts, manage onboarding processes, and optimize recruiting funnels while collaborating with teams to enhance operations and strategy.

Owner of regional scheduling for court reporters: book depositions, manage deadlines and transcripts, maintain reporter relationships, educate on processes and tools, escalate and improve operations, handle sensitive client information, and work scheduled shift Monday–Friday 11am–8pm PT.

Write clear, compelling B2B/SaaS marketing copy across website pages, email campaigns, blogs, ads, and sales collateral. Translate strategy into on-brand messaging for legal audiences (attorneys, court reporters, paralegals). Collaborate with the Senior Content Marketing Manager, manage deadlines in async remote environments, proofread and verify facts, and iterate on feedback to maintain a consistent, professional, and bold voice.
