Partner with Product Designers and Engineers to build high-fidelity interactive prototypes, reusable components, and tooling. Introduce and evaluate AI and modern technologies to improve design workflows, document best practices, and mentor teams to elevate design quality and implementation.

Lead and grow a Product Design team owning end-to-end customer experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to define strategy, solve complex problems, deliver measurable outcomes, champion design excellence, and use data and AI tools to improve decision-making and team efficiency.

Drive marketing measurement and reporting to inform acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategy. Build scalable dashboards, improve measurement and data infrastructure, perform analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and partner with Marketing, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics to influence planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Leverage SQL, BI tools, and AI to automate workflows and accelerate insights.
