Provide onboarding and ongoing support for Newbook clients by troubleshooting Tier 2/3 issues, delivering tailored 1:1 and group training, validating go-live configurations and data imports, maintaining documentation and knowledge-base content, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve support efficiency, and collaborating with Product and Customer Success to surface feedback and reduce repeat issues.
