Lead DoD systems development programs using MBSE, SysML, Cameo, and digital engineering practices. Architect systems, guide teams through the systems engineering lifecycle, establish requirements traceability, customize and automate modeling tools, mentor engineers, and collaborate with software and domain experts. The role supports software-intensive, open-architecture systems across defense mission areas and requires an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.

Leads the supply chain compliance program supporting defense, government, and Intelligence Community customers. Develops policies, controls, supplier due diligence, risk assessments, audits, flow-down requirements, corrective actions, reporting, and training. Partners cross-functionally to manage regulatory, cybersecurity, quality, export, sanctions, and information-protection obligations. Evaluates ERP, GRC, contract lifecycle, automation, analytics, and AI solutions to improve compliance visibility and supplier risk management. Advises executives and teams while maintaining audit-ready records and supporting supplier visits and customer engagements.

Lead end-to-end federal procurement activities for defense and government programs, including sourcing, supplier qualification, negotiations, purchase orders, cost analysis, compliance, documentation, and closeout. Partner with Programs, Finance, Contracts, and Engineering; manage vendor relationships; apply FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR requirements; assess risks; and improve procurement processes using ERP and AI-enabled tools.
