Teams at Stripe

Partners with Customer Success leadership to define enablement strategies, build onboarding and development programs, manage roadmaps and cross-functional dependencies, and evaluate effectiveness using data and feedback. Leads learning sessions, equips managers to reinforce skills, and coordinates with Operations, Product, Marketing, and technical enablement teams to prepare customer-facing teams for evolving products, processes, and user needs.

Develop technical curricula and learning experiences that teach users, developers, and product managers how to use Stripe products, APIs, and platform. Responsibilities include designing instructional materials, e-learning modules, tutorials, videos, assessments, and workshops; partnering with product and engineering teams; evaluating learner feedback and training data; and maintaining content as products evolve.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale APIs, services, and systems using Ruby, React, TypeScript, Java, and Golang. Develop billing features, analyze performance, implement testing, debug production issues, and translate business needs into technical designs. Improve engineering standards and tooling, participate in on-call rotations, document integrations, and mentor new hires.
