Design, implement, deploy, and operate resilient online database infrastructure at scale. The role focuses on distributed systems, infrastructure tooling, reliability, performance, cost optimization, developer enablement, roadmap planning, and maintaining high engineering standards.

Design and build internal full-stack products that improve engineering and product development velocity. Own frontend, backend, data, and integration systems; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve workflows, and remove development bottlenecks. Responsibilities include developing web applications, APIs, database-backed systems, cloud solutions, product UIs, and debugging software.

Partner with senior technology leaders to align people strategy with business goals, advise on org design and change, drive cross-functional people programs, use data to improve org health and talent planning, and coach leaders to build high-impact teams. Serve as strategic HR consultant during scaling and growth.
