Develop project plans, schedules, resource estimates, governance structures, budgets, and quality metrics. Lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and issues, support organizational change, secure funding and resources, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders. The role requires extensive IT project management, supply chain systems expertise, consulting experience, and proficiency with Agile or SDLC methodologies and project management tools.

Lead technical project and program management for digital development initiatives. Manage project portfolios, resources, requirements, executive reporting, and cross-functional teams. Bridge Agile and Waterfall methodologies, facilitate technical planning and impact assessments, support Digital Transformation, and coordinate business, technology, and vendor stakeholders. Build knowledge-sharing structures, SharePoint sites, Slack channels, newsletters, and documentation while ensuring delivery alignment with business and architecture goals.

Manages enterprise IT projects and business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process improvement, project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, data analysis, system implementation, and delivery monitoring. Leads cross-functional teams, manages competing priorities, develops reports and process models, ensures solutions meet business needs, and provides guidance to junior staff.
