Analyzes KPIs, product performance, marketing campaigns, and digital customer behavior. Creates Adobe-based visualizations and workflows, defines metrics aligned with enterprise goals, gathers requirements, develops acceptance criteria, and supports testing and validation. Acts as a liaison among product managers, data engineers, and visualization teams while interpreting analytics for executive reviews. The role requires stakeholder facilitation, strong communication, Adobe Analytics expertise, and on-site work in Seattle.

Facilitates Scrum events, backlog prioritization, team collaboration, impediment removal, stakeholder communication, release preparation, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product Management and Product Owners to align milestones, estimates, sprint goals, and delivery expectations. Requires Scrum certification, scaled Agile and Kanban experience, consulting background, and strong facilitation and communication skills. The role requires permanent U.S. work authorization, Seattle-area residence, and full-time client-site work.

Oversee complex supply chain technology programs involving warehouse management, transportation, and logistics systems. Develop project plans, schedules, resource estimates, governance structures, budgets, and quality metrics. Lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and issues, support organizational change, secure funding and resources, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders. The role requires extensive IT project management, supply chain systems expertise, consulting experience, and proficiency with Agile or SDLC methodologies and project management tools.
