Manage onboarding for new retirement plan clients: review and map plan documents, prepare and coordinate amendments/restatements/SPDs, liaise with recordkeepers, advisors, and internal teams, explain plan provisions to stakeholders, and drive onboarding projects to completion while improving processes.
