As the Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director. The manager role is focused on hitting goals, helping the sales team strategically win new business, improve performance, report accurately, and scale effectively. Daily duties will include one on one management of Ministry Consultant, team trainings, metrics reporting, and working toward continually improving performance, operations, and tactics. You will report to and work alongside the Sales Director to grow revenue and develop the team.
