Drive commercial strategy, renewals, and expansions; govern delivery outcomes, manage escalations, and ensure value realization through Databricks-led data, analytics, and cloud initiatives. Facilitate QBRs, lead account planning, and coordinate partners while meeting revenue, margin, and NPS targets.
