As a Platform Product Manager at Supabase, you will oversee platform features, align teams, prioritize builds, measure launches, and engage with diverse customers to enhance the platform.

Own and improve reliability of deployment and release systems: define SLOs/SLA/error budgets, instrument pre-production, build monitoring and synthetic tests, run on-call and incident response, create runbooks and DR readiness, and automate deploys and observability to reduce MTTD/MTTR.

Own Supabase’s branching workflow from local development through production, including the CLI, migrations, configuration, pull-request branches, GitHub integration, testing, and deployment promotion. Gather customer needs, define product strategy and commercial models, prioritize roadmap investments, establish launch metrics and SLOs, and align engineering, design, and leadership. The role focuses on developer tooling, ephemeral environments, CI/CD workflows, PostgreSQL ecosystems, and AI-assisted development.

The Founding Technical Program Manager will establish the technical program management function and lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from planning through launch. Responsibilities include managing dependencies, timelines, risks, reporting, escalation systems, launch readiness, stakeholder alignment, and delivery accountability across Engineering, Product, and Design. The role requires strong technical fluency, clear written communication, and the ability to influence distributed teams in a remote, async-first environment.

Leads Supabase’s Technical Account Management function, including hiring, coaching, coverage planning, account health, escalations, and cross-functional alignment. Oversees named and partner-mapped accounts, ensures technical ownership, adoption, proactive architecture guidance, and consistent account planning. Represents portfolio-wide customer feedback to Engineering, Product, Sales, Success, and Partnerships while managing retention risks and technical escalations. The role combines direct leadership on strategic accounts with development of the broader TAM team.

Leads the Solutions Architecture function across direct sales, cloud, partner, and solution-provider channels. Hires, coaches, and develops SAs; owns technical coverage, deal velocity, PoC win rates, technical qualification, escalations, playbooks, and pre-sale to post-sale handoffs. Partners with Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, Product, TAM, and Customer Engineering while contributing to strategic evaluations and team-wide ARR bookings.

Create technical content, videos, demos, tutorials, and real-world applications using Supabase and modern web technologies. Represent Supabase at events, livestreams, and developer communities; support contributors, answer questions, and share user feedback internally. Collaborate with engineering, product, and growth teams to support launches and improve developer adoption. The role requires strong full-stack development, technical communication, public representation, and community engagement skills.

As a Postgres Deployment Engineer, you will manage PostgreSQL lifecycles, optimize CI/CD systems, resolve production issues, and mentor teammates. You will focus on deployment stability and enhance developer tools.

Own and grow Supabase's two-sided marketplace: define strategy and roadmap, improve discovery and install flows, onboard and incentivize partners, set quality and versioning standards, instrument supply/demand metrics, and position the marketplace as the distribution layer for agent-driven, code-first integrations.

Design user-focused interfaces and prototypes for Supabase products, collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex developer workflows, apply user research and data to inform designs, create reusable product primitives, and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Design and execute cohesive brand visuals across presentations, print, video, social, and conference assets. Collaborate with Marketing, DevRel, Success, Enterprise, and Events to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality, community-focused visual storytelling.

The Senior Postgres Engineer will maintain and expand the stability of Supabase's hosted PostgreSQL offering, working closely with customers and partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues, build extensions, and manage performance problems.

Responsible for designing and implementing authentication features in Go and TypeScript, enhancing Auth architecture, and collaborating with teams to improve user experience.

Lead Supabase’s FinOps and commercial vendor-management function: own cloud and SaaS vendor relationships, run procurement governance, build cost reporting and dashboards, drive cloud efficiency and savings, coordinate optimization programs, and define operating standards and governance.

Build and maintain Supabase Lite: implement TypeScript-native backend compatible with PostgREST/Auth and @supabase/supabase-js, extend SQLite support, own CLI/tooling and upgrade paths, ensure compatibility with hosted Supabase, engage partners and open-source community.

Lead and grow remote engineering teams across Supabase, owning people management, hiring, roadmap and delivery, incident command, SLOs, and cross-team coordination while driving engineering quality and async communication.

The Senior CLI Engineer will design, build, and operate backend APIs and CLI tooling, primarily using TypeScript and NestJS, while enhancing the developer experience across platforms.

Embed with service teams to define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, run Operational Readiness Reviews, improve incident-to-improvement pipelines, advise on resilience and architecture, reduce operational toil through automation, and shape org-wide on-call practices and operational maturity.

Drive technical partnerships with AWS Solutions Architects by building relationships, creating enablement content, delivering workshops and demos, troubleshooting integrations, supporting joint opportunities, and producing thought leadership to grow Supabase adoption on AWS.

Build and maintain Supabase JS/TS SDKs used across runtimes. Author libraries, manage public repos, triage issues, review PRs, keep CI/release automation healthy, own type experience, support realtime/WebSocket semantics, ensure cross-runtime compatibility, write RFCs, docs, and migration guides, and improve SDKs for AI coding agents.
