Teams at Supabase

As a Platform Product Manager at Supabase, you will oversee platform features, align teams, prioritize builds, measure launches, and engage with diverse customers to enhance the platform.

Own and improve reliability of deployment and release systems: define SLOs/SLA/error budgets, instrument pre-production, build monitoring and synthetic tests, run on-call and incident response, create runbooks and DR readiness, and automate deploys and observability to reduce MTTD/MTTR.

Own Supabase’s branching workflow from local development through production, including the CLI, migrations, configuration, pull-request branches, GitHub integration, testing, and deployment promotion. Gather customer needs, define product strategy and commercial models, prioritize roadmap investments, establish launch metrics and SLOs, and align engineering, design, and leadership. The role focuses on developer tooling, ephemeral environments, CI/CD workflows, PostgreSQL ecosystems, and AI-assisted development.
