Conduct intakes and follow-ups (60/30 minutes), manage treatment plans, collaborate with in-house therapists, and use company clinical technology with full operational support (scheduling, billing, licensing). This quota-carrying role requires approximately 75% travel within the assigned territory.

Own lifecycle marketing performance across patient onboarding, activation, early care, and retention. Design and analyze multichannel experiments, build reporting and dashboards, write SQL, diagnose funnel and segment performance, and integrate AI and machine learning signals into lifecycle journeys. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Engineering, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Creative to improve patient outcomes and measurable business performance.

Leads marketing operations, lifecycle campaign infrastructure, and Dev & Deployment teams. Design reporting, forecasting, scheduling, and WFM frameworks, build dashboards, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven performance improvements to optimize staffing, efficiency, and cost.

Own Talkiatry’s paid social creative strategy and testing roadmap across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels. Analyze creative performance metrics to develop hypotheses, briefs, and scalable messaging frameworks that improve patient acquisition and reduce CAC. Manage creator and agency partnerships, UGC pipelines, asset workflows, and cross-functional execution while leading innovative, patient-centered campaigns for mental healthcare.

Lead patient-facing product marketing: own positioning, messaging, GTM, and launches; conduct quantitative and qualitative patient research; collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient journeys; create patient-facing materials; and track engagement and adoption using data-driven insights.

Lead strategy and day-to-day execution of direct-response paid social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) to acquire new patients. Optimize and scale campaigns to improve CAC and LTV, manage large monthly budgets, direct data-driven creative testing, run A/B and landing page experiments, build forecasts and reporting, partner with Data and Creative teams, and apply AI tools to automate analysis and workflows.

Lead design and rollout of Talkiatry's QA operating model and first QA platform, automate independent QA over BPO volume, and quality-assure both human and agentic AI interactions. Build and lead a small team, define scorecards and coaching, deliver QA insights and dashboards, partner with AI Ops, Clinical, and Operations, and embed compliance and HIPAA-sensitive audits into a scalable QA program.
