Field-based provider partnerships role responsible for prospecting medical practices, managing referral accounts, increasing referral volume, and driving provider retention across a Seattle territory. The position includes in-person practice visits, presentations, community outreach, workflow support, CRM management, and quota ownership. Approximately 75% travel is required. Candidates should have healthcare-related sales or business development experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven record of achieving growth targets.

Leads and develops a data engineering team responsible for ingestion, Snowflake administration, orchestration, CI/CD, data integrations, and platform reliability. Owns technical strategy, production operations, access controls, cost management, incident response, and engineering standards. Partners with product, analytics engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions. Mentors engineers, sets goals, prioritizes work, and supports organizational growth.

Lead product design across Clinical AI experiences, patient portal flows, and design system evolution. Design trustworthy conversational and AI-powered experiences, improve web and mobile patient journeys, conduct research and usability testing, and partner with product, engineering, clinical, and AI teams. As a senior individual contributor, influence product strategy, mentor designers, establish scalable interaction patterns, and raise visual and interaction quality across Talkiatry’s products.
