Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower-to-moderate acuity patients across the lifespan. Conduct intakes and follow-ups (60/30 minutes), manage treatment plans, collaborate with in-house therapists, and use company clinical technology with full operational support (scheduling, billing, licensing). No inpatient, IOP, or crisis coverage. Flexible scheduling with W-2 employment and productivity incentives.

Build and lead the organization-wide adoption of generative AI, agentic systems, and AI-assisted development. Design production automation agents, evaluate coding tools, modernize rules-based workflows with ML, and establish responsible AI guardrails. Partner with engineering, product, data, and clinical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, own the enablement roadmap, measure outcomes, and drive adoption through working software, documentation, and hands-on collaboration.

Build and manage relationships with medical practices and health systems across Raleigh, prospecting new referral partners and growing existing accounts. Drive referral growth and provider retention through territory planning, in-office presentations, outreach, workflow support, and troubleshooting. Maintain CRM activity, represent Talkiatry at events, and achieve quota-based growth targets while traveling approximately 75% within the assigned territory.
