Supports supply chain planning and purchasing through purchase order creation, supplier coordination, ERP and master-data maintenance, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution. Tracks supplier confirmations and delivery schedules, audits transactional accuracy, assists with new item and supplier setup, documents procedures, and provides cross-functional support. The role is hybrid in Preston, Washington, with occasional evening, weekend, and travel requirements.

Leads beverage product development from concept and benchtop formulation through commercialization. Develops prototypes, conducts trials and experiments, analyzes results, establishes specifications and costs, and solves technical formulation and production problems. Collaborates with marketing, quality, operations, procurement, engineering, suppliers, and co-packers to launch and optimize products. Ensures food safety and quality compliance while managing multiple projects and supporting innovation, cost reduction, and process improvement.

The Associate Brand Manager will design and implement marketing strategies, analyze brand metrics, support product development, and collaborate with teams to enhance brand growth.
