Manage and grow strategic technology and frontier AI partnerships; evaluate and prioritize partner opportunities; build business cases and GTM plans; drive joint solutions, co-sell motions, and partner-sourced pipeline; coordinate cross-functional teams; track partnership metrics; support adjacency expansion and M&A exploration. Hybrid role with some travel.

Provide employment-law advice across recruiting, performance, leaves, accommodations, wage/hour, classification, and terminations. Manage workplace investigations, respond to claims and audits, oversee pre-litigation and litigation with outside counsel, draft and negotiate employment agreements and policies, support federal contractor compliance, advise on AI use in hiring, and train People teams on employment law developments.

Lead and grow a seven-person ServiceNow platform team, own roadmap/governance, deliver across ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules, mature CMDB/CSDM, drive integrations and AI automation, and act as customer-zero for Tanium product integrations.
