Teams at Tanium

Supports enterprise customers by troubleshooting Tanium platform issues, answering technical questions, triaging cases, performing root cause analysis, assisting with upgrades, testing products, documenting best practices, and completing reports. The intern works under mentorship with Technical Support Engineers, collaborates on customer cases and special projects, and develops expertise in endpoint management, security, operations, automation, and Tanium integrations.

Develop and execute Tanium’s organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube. Create and manage copy, graphics, video, content calendars, LinkedIn Live programming, and event coverage. Monitor community engagement, analyze performance metrics, report KPIs, and optimize content. Collaborate with communications, demand generation, product marketing, design, executives, subject matter experts, and external creative partners to support campaigns, launches, thought leadership, and brand awareness.

Leads an engineering team developing foundational endpoint management and security platform components. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, roadmap definition, architecture, software delivery, cross-team coordination, project management, and ensuring scalable, reliable, performant software across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
