Serve as the frontline Coach brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury retail service. Meet individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, clienteling, and social selling. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools, process transactions, support inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations, maintain floor standards, and participate in training and brand initiatives.

Provide friendly, efficient cashier and sales support on the sales floor and cash wrap. Process transactions, manage stockroom receipts and transfers, replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising, support customers, maintain housekeeping and loss-prevention standards, and assist team/management as needed.

Front-line brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury retail service. Drives sales via cross-selling, clienteling, mobile POS and social selling, meets individual and store KPIs, supports inventory, merchandising, transactions, and daily store operations while maintaining service standards.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable in-store customer service and styling; drive sales by advising on looks, completing transactions, maintaining stockroom and POS, and supporting visual merchandising and operational tasks. Work flexible retail hours and perform moderate physical tasks (lifting, bending).
