Leads global strategic relationships with assigned MedTech accounts, owning account strategy, revenue growth, retention, profitability, pipeline, share-of-wallet expansion, executive engagement, and complex commercial negotiations. Coordinates cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, finance, and marketing. Identifies new applications and opportunities, manages global RFQs and agreements, provides market intelligence, and positions TekniPlex as a preferred strategic supplier.

Lead major $2–20 million manufacturing capital projects from concept through commissioning and handover. Manage project charters, budgets, schedules, risks, procurement, technical specifications, contractors, vendors, compliance, and documentation. Partner with operations, R&D, supply chain, and finance on capital planning, report to senior leadership, supervise team members, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure projects meet engineering, GMP, FDA, ISO, environmental, safety, validation, and sustainability requirements.

Leads financial performance, reporting, planning, controls, cost accounting, capital analysis, and operational finance for the U.S. Fresh Foods Division. Partners with executive and plant leadership to improve profitability, manufacturing performance, working capital, and cash flow. Oversees forecasting, budgeting, audits, SOX compliance, financial reporting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and capital investments while developing the finance organization and driving continuous improvement.
