The Senior Developer Success Engineer will support developers in deploying Temporal in cloud-native environments and optimizing performance, addressing infrastructure issues, and enhancing automation solutions.

Build and maintain internal engineering tooling and an internal agent platform to improve developer workflows. Support adoption of agentic coding tools, implement guardrails and evaluation approaches, measure usage/reliability/cost, partner cross-functionally, produce documentation and enablement, and participate in on-call support for internal users.

Senior Solutions Architect supporting Commercial Sales through the full cycle: qualify opportunities, run technical evaluations, build demos/POCs, and expand production usage. Partner with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to enable adoption, create reusable assets, and influence product roadmap. Focus on distributed systems, developer enablement, and consumption-driven growth.
