Regional Account Executive responsible for acquiring and closing new enterprise SaaS customers in the Seattle territory. Lead Tenna’s product organization and partner with executives to define and execute strategy for its B2B SaaS, mobile, and hardware-enabled platform. Responsibilities include managing distributed product teams, establishing roadmaps and metrics, overseeing product development at scale, removing execution barriers, engaging customers, and aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical fluency, executive communication, and experience scaling complex industrial B2B products.

Leads and develops a global Product team, translating business strategy and product vision into roadmaps and executable plans. Partners with Engineering, Hardware, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to deliver scalable B2B SaaS, mobile, and hardware-enabled products. Uses customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to guide decisions, manages product lifecycles, communicates risks and progress, and ensures high-quality execution across multiple teams.

Lead the full product lifecycle for Tenna's IoT platform: define vision and roadmap, translate concepts into user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog, run acceptance testing, analyze user and quantitative data, drive KPIs and adoption, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success, and support go-to-market and end-user research.

Coordinates field installation projects by managing schedules, work orders, implementation plans, customer follow-up, expense and timesheet audits, asset-to-tracker verification, and cross-functional workflows. Supports mechanics with tools and hardware, assists with change orders and training, resolves project issues, and identifies scheduling efficiencies. Requires strong organization, communication, construction or logistics experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools. This is a remote, nationwide role with up to 10% travel.

Generates and qualifies sales leads through phone, email, inbound communications, targeted research, and Account Based Marketing campaigns. Communicates product value, identifies prospect pain points, schedules product demonstrations, facilitates qualified handoffs to sales representatives, and maintains accurate CRM records. The role is fully remote, supports enterprise software sales, and includes up to 10% travel.

The Principal Data Engineer will lead data architecture initiatives, design scalable data systems, and oversee data standards across teams while ensuring high-quality data infrastructure and guiding engineering teams.

Lead full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution for Sales, Customer Success, and support teams. Build proactive sourcing pipelines, optimize candidate experience and ATS data hygiene, develop structured interviews and scorecards, manage employer branding and recruiting events, monitor diversity metrics, and partner with leadership on workforce planning, internal mobility, and hiring SLAs.

Designs and builds responsive, accessible WordPress/Elementor pages and marketing assets; writes HTML/CSS/JS; maintains design system and brand standards; creates digital and print creative in Adobe CC and Figma; runs A/B tests and reports performance; partners with engineering and marketing teams.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles: source, screen, manage candidates, and partner with hiring managers. Build sourcing strategies, maintain ATS hygiene and recruiting data, run events and partnerships, ensure compliance, and optimize candidate journey to support scaling hiring needs.

The Insurance Partnerships Manager leads relationship development across the insurance ecosystem, fostering partnerships, managing contracts, and driving revenue growth while collaborating across teams to deliver joint programs and client value.
