Lead and supervise teleoperation teams across shifts; coordinate robot deployments and schedules; monitor KPIs, safety, and quality; escalate and resolve technical issues; train and mentor teleoperators; support customer-facing deployments; and produce operational reports while liaising between field operations, engineering, and clients.

Remotely operate and supervise robotic systems using teleoperation consoles and monitoring tools. Monitor video feeds and telemetry, execute real-time task adjustments, capture operational data, document performance, identify anomalies, support data annotation, and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve robot usability and workflows.

The Locality Expert will conduct market research, collaborate on policy creation, perform quality checks, and provide local context for data accuracy in the automotive industry.
