Requires a four-year engineering degree and at least six years of relevant design or design-management experience.

Supports NAVFAC construction and engineering projects through KPI and financial analysis, budget tracking, dashboard reporting, schedule coordination, technical reviews, compliance research, field support, stakeholder coordination, and project status reporting. Prepares briefs, meeting documentation, scopes of work, reports, and recommendations while tracking project costs, schedules, risks, submittals, and performance metrics.

Designs and reviews electrical systems for NAVFAC facilities projects, including power distribution, lighting, equipment sizing, drawings, specifications, and code compliance. Coordinates project schedules, budgets, technical reviews, submittals, inspections, construction support, reports, meetings, and stakeholder communications. Requires a four-year engineering degree and at least six years of electrical design or design management experience. A current electrical Professional Engineer license is preferred.
