As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist parents via video calls, troubleshoot technical issues, answer program questions, and ensure reliable support coverage.

Manage outreach, close and onboard athletic facility partnerships across Texas, maintain ongoing partner relationships, track referrals and partner performance, and report results to leadership.

Perform outbound and inbound outreach to prospective families and athletic facility partners, qualify leads through discovery conversations, book calls and campus visits, manage and log activity in the CRM, and report weekly pipeline and results to leadership.
