Provides administrative and technical support for a federal facilities program. Responsibilities include managing office operations, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining project files, coordinating meetings and events, tracking action items, processing administrative documents, and supporting data reporting and compliance with federal standards.

Conduct OT and ICS inventories at DoD facilities, assess network architecture and cybersecurity compliance, create topology and dataflow diagrams, oversee field teams, coordinate site visits, and recommend remediation aligned with RMF, DoD standards, and UFC requirements. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, customer collaboration, project reporting, and technical assessment of critical building systems.

Develop and configure IBM TRIRIGA solutions for facilities and real property management. Translate stakeholder requirements into functional designs, workflows, test cases, and implementation plans. Collaborate with business sponsors, end users, maintenance technicians, and technical teams on solution design, troubleshooting, effort estimation, testing, documentation, and delivery. Work independently in cloud environments while supporting federal and commercial clients remotely.
