Communicates with clients, vendors, manufacturers, sales, project teams, and service center staff; reviews submissions, enters vendor acknowledgments, places product and service orders, follows up on deliveries and installations, and supports customer experience improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Supports the sales organization and customers by preparing proposals, entering and processing orders, generating purchase orders, coordinating vendors and delivery dates, reconciling order discrepancies, and publishing status reports. The role serves as a communication hub across sales, design, project management, finance, operations, clients, and manufacturers while assisting with project coordination, order accuracy, and timely closeout.
