The Vice President of Engineering leads TLM's engineering strategy, overseeing system architecture, technology roadmap, and the execution of complex hardware-software systems in manufacturing and logistics.

Lead design, optimization, and continuous improvement of mill material flow and equipment sequencing across sawmill, planer, and engineered wood facilities. Manage process engineering team, execute mill layouts, automation upgrades (scanning, PLCs, MES), time studies, line balancing, kiln-drying integration, and capital projects to maximize recovery, throughput, and efficiency.

Serve as the CEOs strategic advisor and operational leader, establishing executive cadence, driving cross-functional initiatives, tracking company priorities, managing investor and board relationships, supporting financing, and leading government relations, partnerships, and community engagement to enable national mill deployments and organizational scale.
