Lead a global team to design and implement a cross-cutting strategy embedding Indigenous and community leadership across conservation programs. Provide strategic direction, organizational influence, partnership building, fundraising support, and represent TNC externally to advance rights-based, community-led conservation and measurable outcomes.

Manage and integrate preserve-based spatial and relational data for ~150 preserves: collect field infrastructure and accessibility assessments, perform complex spatial analyses and data modeling, maintain databases and GIS libraries, produce maps/reports/dashboards, provide technical support and training, and coordinate with staff and volunteers. Requires field travel and rugged-terrain access.

Lead quality assurance for membership campaign development: validate requirements, audience segmentation, test designs, and data outputs. Create SQL/M Code queries, monitor SAS CI360 outputs, document findings, escalate and resolve issues, drive process automation and improvements, manage a functional team, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaign integrity and alignment with strategic priorities.
