Measures audience growth, engagement, website activity, fund flows, and assets under management. Partners with leadership, sales, product, portfolio management, legal, and compliance to ensure effective execution and adherence to SEC and FINRA marketing requirements.

Leads Tidal Financial Group’s complete B2B marketing function, including brand, content, digital, events, communications, design, research, SEO, and client ETF marketing. Sets strategy, builds scalable processes, develops the team, strengthens Tidal’s market position, supports issuer launches, drives demand generation, and establishes performance metrics tied to growth and marketing ROI. Partners with business development, product, strategy, clients, and executive leadership in a regulated financial-services environment.

Manage regulatory reporting and fund administration for more than 300 ETFs. Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from advisers, accountants, custodians, and vendors for SEC filings including N-PORT and N-CEN. Support fund launches, audits, regulatory exams, vendor coordination, process improvements, and internal controls while guiding junior administrators and collaborating across Compliance, Legal, Capital Markets, and Client Services.
